At Palmer we have always been concerned about how our daily behaviour impacts our environment.
Precisely because of this, we try to put in place and activate actions that stimulate all those who work in our company and also all those around us to be more conscious of the world around us.
At the beginning of the summer of 2019, prompted by one of our consultants, we launched our first cigarette butt collection on the beaches of Portixol and Molinar. As a result, we managed to create a wonderful human chain made up of colleagues, neighbours and many children who did not want to miss the opportunity to participate in this altruistic act.
The action pursued two very solid objectives. To keep our beaches clean and to raise awareness of the importance of not throwing polluting waste on our coasts.
A day that was marked by familiarity, friendship, good atmosphere and above all, with the hope that a better world is possible.
Our beach was filled with children, families, young people, and neighbours of Molinar who joined the initiative with the desire to promote a change.
We spent three hours collecting cigarette butts and plastics, talking to neighbours and people on the beach and explaining the reason behind our action.
As part of this initiative, during 2020 we have decided to reduce the use of paper in our offices as much as possible. We have gradually eliminated the use of physical business cards and switched to digital ones. Now, we look much more modern and having our contact is much easier for all of you.
Did you know that housing is responsible for 40% of consumption and environmental pollution?
The real estate world is evolving, and we know that everyone’s future lies in sustainability and ecology. More and more often, homebuyers are becoming more conscious of the use of products and materials that do not harm the environment.
We inform and advise our clients on insulation and energy efficiency, on how to take advantage of discounts and incentives to transform their home into a passive house, helping them to increase the value of their home.
