The premiere of the pedestrianization of Nuredduna, will be accompanied by the comprehensive reform of the mythical building built in 1935: Nuredduna 24.
The office of Palmer Alma Mediterránea in Palma was the setting chosen to carry out the event in which the work of Nuredduna 24 was presented.
It was a real pleasure to have the presence of Left Bank, a French investment fund that has been in charge of the acquisition of said building and Abitare, a Mallorcan firm responsible for the design and management of the work.
Tolo Oliver, director of Palmer Alma Mediterránea, was able to explain in detail to the attendees the process that the work will follow and all the characteristics of the commercialization of the building.
The delivery to the new tenants is scheduled for summer 2023, which will be when one of the buildings with the most character in Palma is completely renovated except for the façade, which will be maintained to maintain its essence original.
The building will have 4 floors of houses and a commercial area of premises on the ground floor. This purpose of comprehensive rehabilitation, will be made up of 11 unique residences divided into 2 and 3 bedrooms, thus renewing the image, but without forgetting its origins.
